Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury transactions.

Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, supporting documents and appropriate approvals.

Support the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers and expense claims.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in accounting system.

Maintain proper filing of financial documents.

Support ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by the Finance team.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Internship duration preferably between 3 to 6 months.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and work well in a team environment.
