Job summary

TNG Digital is seeking an analytical Business Analyst Intern to support the Chief Commercial Officer and the Commercial Division. You will gain hands-on exposure to business analysis, strategic initiatives, and commercial decision-making while working on special projects.

You will research business topics, analyse data, prepare management materials, and help execute key initiatives across eCommerce, gaming, travel, remittance, and more.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data and metrics.
• Self-starter who is eager to learn and can work with minimal supervision.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an analytical, curious and resourceful Business Analyst Intern to support the Chief Commercial Officer and the wider Commercial Division at Touch ’n Go Digital.

This role offers hands-on exposure to business analysis, strategic initiatives, commercial decision-making, and special projects across different areas of the business. You will work closely with the CCO to support evolving business priorities and projects, to research business topics, analyse data and market information, prepare management materials, and support the execution of key initiatives.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, connecting the dots, and turning information into clear insights and recommendations. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and taking ownership of specific projects. Given the breadth of the CCO’s responsibilities, you will gain exposure to a wide range of special projects across diverse commercial portfolios, including areas such as eCommerce, gaming, travel, remittance and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the CCO on special projects, strategic initiatives, and emerging business priorities through research, analysis and project coordination.
• Analyse business performance, industry developments and market trends to identify key insights, opportunities and risks.
• Turn data and research into clear, cohesive narratives for presentations, business cases and reports for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to support projects from idea through to execution.
• Contribute to emerging business priorities and projects across different commercial portfolios.

Role Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related fields
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data, numbers and business metrics
• A self-starter who is eager to learn, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills, ability to distil complex data into simple, clear insights
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and taking ownership of assigned tasks or projects
• Ability to commit to a 6-month internship
