Job summary

DHL IT Services in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, invites you to start your IT career as a Platform Support Intern. Join a global team supporting security operations and infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, multinational IT environment.

You will assist with AI/Automation use cases, documentation, governance activities, and security reporting, learning from seasoned professionals as you contribute to DHL’s technology backbone within the logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
• Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Copilot
• Preferred skill(s): Windows Server / Linux
• Required language(s): English
• Internship period of minimum 6 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Responsibilities

• Support the team in identifying, evaluating and implementing AI / Automation Use Cases
• Support the team in maintaining and updating team documentation and knowledge articles.
• Commmunicate with internal customers and support them with privileged access requests, privileged access reviews and related governance activities
• Support reporting and analysis activities related to Privileged Access Management, Vulnerability Management and compliance Management.
• Actively share knowledge/experience from experienced security professionals.
