Job summary

YYC Advisors Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an administrative assistant to support the sales team. You will assist in preparing quotes, liaise with clients to gather documents, and handle inquiries by phone and email to ensure smooth operations.

You will explain products, create XPM, monitor payment advices for events, assist marketing with commissions, and maintain up-to-date sales reports, with additional ad hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sales quotations.
• Liaise with clients to obtain the relevant supporting documents.
• Attend to customer enquiries on quotations, requests, and other operational matters via calls and emails.
• Handle customer enquiries on products and pricing.
• Explain our products and services and recommend solutions that meet customers' needs.
• Create XPM.
• Monitor, issue and send payment advice to clients and participants registered for events.
• Assist the Marketing team with commission calculations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and records.
• Assist in pre-event calling.
• Undertake any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
