Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding. This role offers hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, pre-screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes within a fast-paced tech-enabled environment.

You will gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment, work across multiple channels, and help maintain candidate records while developing your sourcing and candidate management skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate pre-screening to assess suitability, availability, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Assist with reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Follow up with candidates on offer acceptance, documentation, and joining arrangements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS and trackers.
• Support career fairs, walk-in interviews, and other recruitment initiatives.

Your Day-to-Day

Reach out to potential candidates and maintain an active candidate pipeline.

Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Your Know-How
