Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition to spearhead recruitment across the organization. You will drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.

You'll partner with hiring managers to build scalable recruitment strategies, manage a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and mentor junior recruiters. A bachelor's degree and 3–4 years' TA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–4 years in Talent Acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Hands-on with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; familiar with best practices.
• Experience with mass hiring is a strong plus.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process — from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.

Get creative with sourcing — tapping into job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and beyond to uncover great talent.

Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to build recruitment strategies that keep pace with CARSOME's evolving business needs.

Collaborate on crafting compelling, accurate job descriptions that attract the right candidates for the right roles.

Champion an outstanding candidate experience — making every touchpoint, from first contact to onboarding, smooth, memorable, and professional.

What You Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role.

Hands‑on familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

A solid grasp of recruitment best practices and a genuine interest in people and hiring.

Mass hiring experience is a strong plus.

Comfort working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment, with strong prioritization skills.

A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a drive to deliver results.
