Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking an Executive, Talent Acquisition to drive the end-to-end recruitment process for a fast-growing team. This 6-month contract role offers hands-on exposure across sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

You will source talent via portals, professional networks, and referrals, partner with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies, and craft compelling job descriptions to attract top candidates.

Qualifications

This is a 6-month contract role, ideal for someone looking to make a strong impact quickly, sharpen their end-to-end recruitment expertise, and be part of a dynamic, high-performing People team.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.

Get creative with sourcing — tapping into job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and beyond to uncover great talent.

Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to build recruitment strategies that keep pace with CARSOME's evolving business needs.

Collaborate on crafting compelling, accurate job descriptions that attract the right candidates for the right roles.

Champion an outstanding candidate experience — making every touchpoint, from first contact to onboarding, smooth, memorable, and professional.

What You Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role.

Hands-on familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

A solid grasp of recruitment best practices and a genuine interest in people and hiring.

Mass hiring experience is a strong plus.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with strong prioritization skills.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive to deliver results.
