Job description

1.0 Job Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing administrative and road activities related to land transport
operations. The role provides hands‑on experience in logistics operations with a focus on commercial
agreements, data consolidation, trucking coordination, and SOP development. This internship will offer
exposure to both operational and commercial aspects of road transportation, enabling the intern to gain a
well‑rounded understanding of the business.

2.0 Job Responsibilities (duties / task)

2.1 Commercial Support:

• 2.1.1 Assist in reviewing, preparing, and consolidating commercial agreements with vendors, partners, and customers.
• 2.1.2 Support the commercial team in tracking agreement validity, pricing updates, and compliance requirements.

2.2 Data Consolidation & Reporting:

• 2.2.1 Collect, organize, and analyze transportation data for internal reporting.
• 2.2.2 Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on cost, utilization, and performance metrics.
• 2.2.3 Support data accuracy and process improvement initiatives.

2.3 Trucking Arrangement:

• 2.3.1 Assist in coordinating trucking schedules and allocation with vendors and internal teams.
• 2.3.2 Support day‑to‑day execution of trucking operations to ensure timely delivery.
• 2.3.3 Monitor and update trucking documentation (delivery notes, permits, invoices).

2.4 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• 2.4.1 Assist in documenting, updating, and standardizing SOPs for trucking operations and commercial processes.
• 2.4.2 Identify process gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and compliance
