Job summary

NPCE Group KL is seeking an experienced interior-design sales professional in Selangor to act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal creative and operations teams. You will translate client requirements into compelling design proposals, prepare budgets and quotations, and present ideas with space planning and material recommendations.

You will oversee project execution by coordinating with internal teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery and high-quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, business development, or client-facing role in interior design/renovation.
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
• Own transport is required.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, hands-on, ownership and teamwork.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role, preferably within the interior design or renovation industry.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage.
• Own transport is required.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and teamwork.
