Project Designer (Sales)

Job summary

IQI Concept in Malaysia is expanding and seeks experienced professionals to lead large-scale residential renovation projects from concept to completion. You will own client relationships, coordinate with our creative and operations teams, and deliver high-quality full-home transformations.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related fields, have strong English and Mandarin communication skills, and are proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop or Illustrator.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role preferably within the interior design or renovation industry.
• Own transport is required.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage design proposals, budgets, and quotations, ensuring alignment with creative standards and project guidelines.
