Job summary

VISUAL SCULPTURE DESIGN (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Interior Design professional with a strong background in retail and commercial spaces. Candidates will craft 3D visuals and detailed technical drawings for client approval and site execution.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max, with VRay as an acceptable renderer. 2-4 years of experience in retail or mall renovation projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Interior Design required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max; VRay acceptable.
• 2-4 years experience in retail outlets, commercial, kiosk design or shopping mall renovation.
• Ability to produce accurate 3D visuals, detailed fabrication drawings, and floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D concepts and functional floor plans.
• Prepare comprehensive detail drawing packages for customer, contractors and carpenters.
• Coordinate with project teams and production for drawing.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and lighting fixtures suitable for retail or promotion works.

Skills: Ability to produce accurate 3D conceptual visuals, detailed fabrication drawings, and floor plans. Those with skill of buildable details drawings (joinery, electrical and structural layout) is ad added advantage
