Job Overview

As a Technical Designer, you will work closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure that design concepts are seamlessly translated into reality. You will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, and overseeing the technical execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:Technical Expertise & Design Execution

• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings to support design concepts.
• Prepare and review construction documentation, schedules, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all designs align with building codes, industry standards, and project requirements.
