P & J DESIGN STUDIO SDN. BHD. is seeking an Interior Design Sales Consultant in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor to manage client enquiries, close projects, and foster long-term relationships.

The role features a basic salary plus commission, with leads provided and additional self-sourcing encouraged. Candidate should have interior design or renovation sales experience, own transport, and strong communication/negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in Interior Design or Renovation industry.
• Based in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor.
• Possess own transport.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and responsible.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of renovation workflow is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and arrange site visits and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with designers to prepare layout plans and mood boards, delivering tailored design and renovation proposals to clients.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until deal closure.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth handover.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct basic market feedback and competitor awareness.
