ELPHA METRICS SDN. BHD. is seeking an ID Sales Manager to blend sales and interior design expertise.

You’ll understand client needs, develop strategic design proposals, and guide homeowners from consultation to project confirmation. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a sales team, stay abreast of trends, and coordinate furniture and decor orders with suppliers.

Competenze

• Background in interior design, interior architecture, or property rent/sales/management/furniture sales industries.
• Client servicing experience preferred.
• Great communication skills and ability to manage client expectations while guiding teammates.
• Results-driven with high accountability.
• Strong time management and coordination.
• Team player.

As an ID Sales Manager, you'll combine sales and interior design expertise to create interior design & build solutions that enhance both homeowners' lifestyles and property value. You'll understand clients' needs, develop strategic design proposals, and guide them from consultation to project confirmation. Our mission is to enable people to enjoy better homes, and you'll play a key role in building lasting relationships with homeowners while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Understand clients' needs, lifestyle, and property goals through professional consultation

Recommend strategic interior solutions to enhance living experience and maximise property value or rental returns

Drive sales conversion and build strong relationships with clients by guiding homeowners from consultation stage to project confirmation

Prepare design proposals, including mood boards, drawings, cost estimates, and quotations

Conduct site visits, oversee unit styling, and perform quality checks throughout the project

Coordinate furniture, décor, and related product orders with suppliers and the project team

Hand over completed projects and ensure client satisfaction

Stay updated on interior design trends, renovation solutions, and industry best practices

Lead your sales team to successfully meet the sales targets set by management

About you

Background in interior design, interior architecture, or any property rent or sales or management or furniture sales industries

Client servicing experience preferred

Great communication skills, able to manage client expectations well and lead your teammates to achieve success together

Results-driven and high level of accountability

Great time management skills and coordination

Strong team player
