Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Sales Designer to promote furniture and interior solutions while offering professional design consultation. You will engage customers, convert inquiries into sales, and coordinate projects from inquiry to delivery.

The role requires design education and at least one year in sales within construction, furniture, or interior design. You will travel locally, work weekends when required, and contribute to campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the construction, furniture, or interior design industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Passionate about sales, furniture, and interior design solutions.
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic design recommendations.
• Coordinate customer orders, delivery arrangements, and project follow-ups.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, packages, and special promotions effectively.
• Attend site visits, customer meetings, and support outlet operations across Malaysia when required.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
