Job summary

FIFTH SPACE SDN. BHD. is looking for a residential interior sales professional to guide customers in KL/Selangor through enquiries, consultations and quotations.

You will coordinate scopes, drawings and material selections with our design and operations teams, and help close orders with clear pricing, terms and delivery expectations. You will read floor plans, create basic drawings with AutoCAD/3Ds Max, maintain CRM records and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in residential interior sales or related renovation sales.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or equivalent.
• Experience in consultations, lead follow-up, objections handling and close of sales.
• Space-planning ability and knowledge of cabinetry materials and finishes.
• Ability to read floor plans and prepare basic drawings with AutoCAD/3Ds Max.
• Clear communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Organised, proactive with reliable follow-through and pricing integrity.
• Willingness to attend site visits within KL/Selangor on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Qualify homeowner enquiries by understanding location, budget, access, readiness and decision-makers.
• Coordinate signed scope, drawings and material selections to design and operations teams.
• Conduct consultations and recommend layouts, finishes and specs balancing appearance and affordability.
• Present kitchen cabinet and curtain/blind options; seek approvals before other categories.
• Prepare layout sketches and material selections using approved modules.
• Prepare accurate quotations with terms, inclusions, exclusions and delivery windows.
• Follow up, address objections and close orders within authorised limits.
• Maintain CRM records with enquiry source, quotes, decisions and follow-ups.
• Work with technical lead and finance to confirm feasibility, delivery slots and milestones.
• Support aftercare and seek referrals; obtain permission for using project photos.
• Share feedback to improve products and processes; strive for sales and service targets.
