Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Distribution Market Manager to drive sales through distributor networks in the Penang market and coordinate with distributors to execute GTM strategies. The role collaborates with BU counterparts to attain POS targets and convert opportunities into revenue.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in electronics components, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in distribution sales and relationship building across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• 5+ years of sales experience, distribution sales preferred.
• Experience in electronics components and systems industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with executives at all levels.
• Self-motivated and able to drive results across teams.
• Proven ability to build relationships across functions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in selling TE Connectivity products via distributor networks.
• Serve as primary contact for TE products through distribution in the marketplace.
• Provide technical and administrative support to distributors and customers.
• Grow TE Connectivity’s market share and manage TAM to DTAM accounts.
• Manage TE's opportunity pipeline and distributor training programs.
