Job summary

MYU Realty Sdn Bhd, based in Setia Alam, Selangor, invites an enthusiastic HR Intern to join its Human Resources team on a full-time basis. This internship offers practical experience in HR consulting and generalist HR functions while working with seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A keen interest in human resources and employee relations
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst also demonstrating initiative
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security
• Familiarity with HR practices and employment law in Malaysia (preferred)
• Previous internship or work experience in an HR function (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and new employee orientation
• Support administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR documentation
• Assist with organisation and coordination of employee engagement activities and company events
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, report preparation and filing
• Support development and implementation of HR initiatives related to learning and development, employee relations and performance management
• Gather and analyse HR metrics and data to support HR decision-making and reporting
• Liaise with employees and managers to address HR-related enquiries and provide support where needed
