Job summary

Perodua Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a governance professional to develop and update integrity policies, and to coordinate awareness campaigns and trainings. You will create training content to foster an ethical culture and monitor compliance across projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining governance documentation, conducting benchmarking on best practices, and managing data collection and reporting for integrity initiatives. Strong English writing and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent English writing ability to develop policies and governance reports.
• Able to multi-task under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities; able to lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Development, review and updating of integrity related policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Coordination of integrity awareness campaigns, trainings, workshops, and engagement programs.
• Development of training materials and communication content to promote an ethical work culture
• Monitoring compliance with integrity initiatives and maintaining related documentation
• Conducting research and benchmarking on governance and integrity best practices
• Managing records, data collection, and reporting requirements for integrity related projects.
