JB Cocoa, Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen the company's brand, corporate profile and employee engagement across the Group.

You will develop strategies for marketing materials, corporate presentations, publicity content and digital channels, coordinate with cross-functional and overseas teams, and drive events, internal communications and stakeholder relations to ensure consistent messaging.

Formación

• Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications; leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation and PM skills.
• Strong English; Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia an advantage.
• Strategic thinker capable of coordinating with cross-functional and overseas teams.
