Job summary

JEBSEN & JESSEN GROUP SERVICES SDN. BHD. is hiring a Group Communications, Engagement & Sustainability Senior Executive in Malaysia to lead content across blogs, emails, social media and websites, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with marketing and BU teams to develop content pillars, manage a social content strategy, and contribute to sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent).
• At least 4 years of in-house or agency experience in corporate/marketing/internal communications, advertising, event management and public relations.
• Good command of English is mandatory as the role covers entities regionally.
• Experience in ideation, breaking complex elements into milestones, datelines, managing change and delivering impactful results.
• Experience in digital communications planning, analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and proofread content across blog posts, email announcements, social media and website copy.
• Create visually appealing content such as infographics, videos and presentations.
• Ensure content is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to gather information for content.
• Assist BU marketers in identifying content pillars and curating a social media strategy.
• Maintain a consistent content pipeline and cross-share content across the Group.
• Develop tone and voice for community management aligned with brand.
• Assist in managing external stakeholders to deliver communications projects on time and budget.
• Conduct research and analyze data to assess communication effectiveness.
• Assist in sustainability reporting and related initiatives.
