Job summary

Polymer Link Malaysia is seeking an IMS Documentation & Compliance Specialist to maintain the Integrated Management System and drive continual improvement. You will manage document control, oversee internal audits, and support management reviews across ISO standards while coordinating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document control for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and related records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Drive continual improvement and document standardization.
• Support IMS documentation requests and reports.
• Coordinate management reviews, KPIs, risk & opportunities registers, and corrective actions.
• Oversee the preparation of TDS, SDS and technical documentation.
• Assist with ISO 17025 readiness for future expansion.
• Ensure documentation is approved, revised, distributed, archived and registered.

Maintain document control for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related, including revision, approval, distribution, archival and master document register

Manage awareness program of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS)

Conduct and track management reviews, quality objectives, KPIs, risk & opportunity registers, interested parties, SWOT analysis, corrective actions and external audits (management system recertification & surveillance audits, product certification audits, customer audits, etc.)

Plan and conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; issue findings and verify corrective actions

Design, upkeep and control Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), product specifications and related technical documentation (datasheet booklet, brochures, etc.)

Support customer and regulatory documentation requests

Drive continual improvement and document standardization

Any other relevant task to the IMS

Supports future expansion into ISO 17025

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have

• Diploma or Degree in science related disciplines
• Strong documentation and organization
• Good time management

Good to Have

• 2-3 years of manufacturing or industrial experience
