Job summary

You will manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, risks, dependencies, and execution from mobilisation through implementation.

You will work with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and programme leadership to ensure delivery aligns with objectives,

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation and technology projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation and technology projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage delivery risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Support mobilisation, implementation, and transition activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate governance forums and prepare status reports and dashboards.
