Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale insurance transformation or core system implementations.
• Strong ability to govern end-to-end requirements management.
• Leadership of functional, business analysis and testing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional requirements lifecycle and test management with Business and IT.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritisation and solution design aligned to program objectives.
• Develop test strategy, plan, scenarios, scripts and data; align business and IT.
• Manage UAT execution, dependencies and defect triage to resolve issues.
• Facilitate Change Control Committee discussions and assess proposed changes.
• Monitor delivery progress and drive re-planning to mitigate delays and scope changes.
