Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end consulting engagements in Insurance-focused digital transformation. You will advise executives on operating model improvements and design transformation roadmaps, spanning underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.

You will drive stakeholder workshops, develop business cases, manage delivery, and mentor junior consultants while supporting growth opportunities for the practice in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline as a baseline.
• 6–10 years in insurance transformation, strategy or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on business transformation, process optimization, and digital transformation within the insurance sector.
• Advise executives on transformation strategies, operating model improvements, and future-state capabilities.
• Conduct current-state assessments and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
• Design Target Operating Models, process frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead BPR initiatives across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, distribution, customer management, and back-office operations.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define vision, objectives, requirements, and priorities.
• Support core system modernization and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Develop business cases, operating model recommendations, and strategic transformation proposals.
• Manage delivery, risks, budgets, and timelines; lead client presentations and steering committees.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and pursuit opportunities.
• Coach and mentor consultants while supporting growth initiatives.
