Job summary

EY in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior program lead to provide functional leadership and execution oversight across an insurance transformation program, with emphasis on agent compensation, billing & collection, and claims.

You will govern requirements, design, testing, UAT, change control, and delivery governance, coordinating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale insurance transformation programs (agent compensation, billing & collection, claims).
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end functional requirements management and align business and tech.
• Strong leadership of functional, business analysis, and testing teams across complex programs.
• Experience guiding solution design decisions and facilitating workshops with business/IT stakeholders.
• Expertise in UAT, test governance, defect resolution, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Proven track record in program governance, change control, risk management and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the end-to-end functional requirements lifecycle and test management with Business and IT.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritization and solution design aligned to program objectives.
