Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of technology initiatives across the Insurance and Financial Services sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery across multiple projects, partnering with business leaders, project managers, delivery teams, and external partners to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology programs in Insurance, Financial Services, or regulated industries.
• Strong program governance, delivery methodologies, and business transformation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to lead complex delivery teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern multiple technology projects within insurance transformation programs, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
• Providing leadership, coaching, and support to Project Managers while driving consistent program governance and delivery standards.
• Developing integrated program roadmaps, managing dependencies, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations across all initiatives.
• Building trusted relationships with business sponsors, technology leaders, regulatory stakeholders, and external partners.
• Driving program-level risk management, compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across all delivery activities.
• Managing program financials, resource planning, and vendor engagements to support successful business outcomes.
