Job summary

Accenture PLC in Subang Jaya, Malaysia seeks an Insurance Operations Associate to handle routine processing, data entry, and policy issuance. You will review multinational accounts, verify information, and issue documents under set guidelines.

The role requires strong English, attention to detail, and willingness to work shifts across ANZ, NAM, ME, and UK regions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• General insurance knowledge/experience preferred.
• Experience in BPO / Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
• Strong command of English (oral and written) is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine business processing transactions, including data-entry and billing premiums.
• Review, evaluate, verify, and process work for multinational business, including taxes and adjustments.
• Communicate with Producing Office, Multinational Risk Practitioner, Underwriter or clients to collect information for policy issuances.
• Organize and maintain electronic databases.
• Review, investigate and rectify rework issues.
• Respond to queries by Clients, Producing Office or Underwriters.
• Update payments for policies and coordinate with Finance / Accountings and RISO for updated information.
• Respond to general client and broker queries via email and calls.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
