Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably with professional qualifications in Insurance or Finance.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Relevant experience in group insurance or life insurance operations will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Willing and able to work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays, as business needs require.
• Able to operate in a desk-bound environment, rotational shift arrangements (including weekends), and overtime beyond standard office hours.
• This role is required to align with the Hong Kong working calendar.
• Willing to work in Putrajaya.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process new business, renewals, and change request from group policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.
• Core Responsibilities: process member enrolment for all customized policies; handle enrolment, termination and changes with quality checking; manage email between HK processing team and client within timeline; maintain client management metrics; perform other duties as needed.
• Administrative Procedure Review: review necessary documents and procedures to enhance controls and efficiency; identify errors or delays promptly with corrective actions; act as module owner and lead projects where necessary.
• Other ad hoc task: perform other responsibilities periodically assigned by supervisor to meet business requirements.
