Job summary

AIA is recruiting for a Senior Specialist role focused on Corporate Solutions Policy and Member Maintenance. You will oversee end‑to‑end processing of New Business and Renewal activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Insurance or Finance.
• 5–7 years in related field.
• Experience leading a team.
• Detail‑oriented with sound judgment.
• Willing to work extended hours, including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end processing of New Business, Renewal, and member maintenance.
• Ensure SOPs, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Monitor workload and resource utilization.
• Manage escalations and complex cases with minimal impact.
• Maintain service levels and KPIs.
• Lead and develop a team of Specialists and Associates.
• Drive governance, continuous improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
