Responsibilities

• Process new, renewal, and endorsement insurance cases accurately.
• Update and maintain operational reports with data accuracy.
• Support daily motor and non-motor insurance tasks.
• Cover teammates during leave to ensure workflow continuity.
• Coordinate with internal departments, SAs, insurers, and customers per SOPs.
• Keep documentation organized for handovers.
