Job summary

D'Concept is a Malaysia-based importer-car platform seeking an Insurance Administration & Operations Support professional. You will process insurance cases, endorsements, and maintain essential reports with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, SAs, insurers, and customers, while sustaining high service standards. Fresh graduates are welcome; familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in insurance administration, automotive industry, or operations support is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Process new, renewal, and used car insurance cases, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Handle endorsement requests and ensure policy updates are properly documented.
• Update and maintain operational reports with data accuracy and reliability.
• Support daily operations for motor and non-motor insurance tasks.
• Cover teammates during leave or medical absence to ensure workflow continuity.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department and ensure follow-up.
