Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, policy servicing, or the insurance industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, task allocation, and team coordination.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
• Review processes, resolve discrepancies, and recommend operational improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, turnaround times, backlog, and error rates, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with ethical practices and company policies.
• Support cross-department collaboration and special projects as assigned.
