Job summary

Allianz Malaysia Berhad, Kuching, seeks a capable sales professional to drive growth in the AGIC – Kuching Branch Marketing team. You will work to meet GWP targets by engaging and expanding our agent network and delivering strategic quotations within delegated authority.

Responsibilities include acquiring new agents, maintaining productive relationships, and ensuring timely collection of motor and non-motor receivables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales/Business Development.
• Experience in general insurance is an advantage.
• Experience in servicing and maintaining good networking with agents and providing motivation/training.

Responsibilities

• Achieve GWP plan and target as set by branch.
• Solicit, procure and maintain business from agents to meet sales targets, profitability and sustainability.
• Ensure motor and non-motor outstanding are collected with minimal bad debts.
• Recruit new agents as per individual target.
• Provide quotations to agents for non-motor cases within mandate and obtain approvals for risks exceeding mandate.
