Job summary

Generali Malaysia is seeking a result-driven professional to lead Kota Kinabalu branch. The role focuses on achieving top-line targets through Agency Channels while growing core business lines in alignment with Generali’s vision and strategy.

You will drive engagement with Agents/Franchise/Banks, train staff, and ensure profitability across channels, maintaining governance and compliance as a priority.

Qualifications

• Diploma in insurance required or related field.
• AMII/CMII/ACII/DMII or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years in insurance industry or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability targets for Kota Kinabalu branch.
• Grow core business lines in line with Generali’s vision.
• Achieve top-line targets via Agency Channels.
• Monitor loss ratios and cost of acquisition.
• Maintain Net Combined Ratio across channels.
• Engage and train Agents/Franchise/Banks.
• Recruit and retain productive agents.
• Ensure governance and compliance with policies.
