FWD Insurance Berhad is seeking a Business Development Manager, Agency to drive onboarding and activation of agency partners across Melaka and Penang. You will serve as the primary contact, building strong relationships and guiding partners through product knowledge and sales tools.

The role emphasizes activation, performance monitoring, training delivery, and compliance, with a focus on achieving sales targets and partner engagement in a dynamic life insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 5–8 years in agency development or agency support within the life insurance industry.
• Proven track record in activating new agency partners and driving agency productivity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding of new agency partners and provide guidance on products and tools.
• Serve as primary contact to drive engagement, activation and growth of agency partners.
• Collaborate with recruitment to onboard high-potential partners and support activation programs.
• Monitor productivity metrics and provide insights to improve sales performance.
• Deliver training through agency academy and pre-onboarding product briefings.
• Organize motivational activities and recognition initiatives for agents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and prepare performance reports.
