Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Performance Management Consultant for Insurance Analytics. The role focuses on insurance reporting, KPI tracking, and operational analytics to drive business insights.

You will prepare management reports, insights, dashboards and executive presentations, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership. 8–12 years of experience and strong stakeholder management are required, with Power BI exposure and Big 4 insurance experience

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in analytics or consulting roles
• Experience in Insurance reporting, KPI/performance tracking or operational analytics
• Strong data analysis skills across multiple data sources
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Power BI exposure; Power Apps / Power Automate and automation exposure an advantage
• Big 4 Insurance consulting/audit experience (Senior Associate / Assistant Manager) preferred
