Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• Experience in business or performance analysis, ideally in insurance, takaful or financial services.
• Strong Excel and dashboard skills (Power BI, Tableau).
• Able to explain the reasons behind the numbers, not just report them.
• Confident presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Track revenue, KPIs and strategic initiatives
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and forecasts
• Flag underperforming areas and follow up on corrective actions
• Support business cases, market reviews and ad-hoc analysis for the CEO
• Improve reporting and data processes
