Kenanga Futures Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Assistant Manager, Sales & Broking (Institutional) to drive growth by acquiring and managing institutional and corporate clients. You will execute sales strategies, expand client relationships, and ensure compliant onboarding and engagement across departments.

Responsibilities include developing a robust sales pipeline, delivering high-quality client service, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to seize new business opportunities and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• CMSRL Licence holder.
• 3–4 years of sales experience in a financial institution.
• Experience in institutional or corporate sales, capital markets, derivatives or investment-related products is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and acquire new institutional and corporate clients.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Onboard new institutional and corporate clients and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide high‑quality service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support projects and client initiatives.
