Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Marketing & Sales professional to drive growth in institutional and retail client bases across investment products. You will develop and execute marketing plans, client pitches, product briefings, and targeted sales campaigns.

You will also support and train the agency network, manage onboarding, due diligence, and performance reporting, coordinating with Investment, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications

Associate degree or diploma required; CMSRL or Unit Trust license preferred.
Solid understanding of unit trust and direct mandate products with regulatory familiarity (SC, FIMM, BNM).
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with agent network experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and brand visibility by expanding institutional and retail client bases across investment products.
Develop and execute marketing plans, client pitches, product briefings, and target-driven sales campaigns.
Support and manage the agency network through training, engagement, and tracking FIMM licensing renewals.
Assisting in operational support, including client onboarding, compliance due diligence, and performance reporting for management.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including Investment, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to ensure seamless operations and SLA compliance
