Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years in business development or marketing in financial services or technology sectors.
• Proven track record in sales support, business development, or related roles in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new institutional business opportunities across target segments.
• Participate in meetings, events, and campaigns to expand institutional presence.
• Coordinate with marketing to plan campaigns for institutional prospects.
• Support onboarding including KYC/AML and account activations.
• Liaise with operations, compliance, and finance to streamline workflows.
• Understand clients' objectives, investment needs, and service expectations.
