CloudLIMS is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for a remote role based in the Netherlands. You will build relationships with customers, partners, and influencers, manage end-to-end sales processes, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive growth.

The role requires experience with a CRM, fluency in Mandarin and English, and strong networking skills to manage global clients. Travel to international trade shows may be involved, with a flexible remote work setup and growth

• Building relationships with customers, partners, distributors, and influencers in the industry through events and trade shows.
• Make reports/presentations/proposals as requested.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Work closely with the product development & marketing teams.

Requirements

Required

• Experience working with a CRM
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
• Should have networking skills for handling global clients and relationships

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales
• Willingness to travel to national and international trade shows
• Public speaking experience
• Proficiency in Mandarin (in addition to Mandarin and English)
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
