Green Energy Automation Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a Sales Administration professional to support customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with engineers and procurement. The role offers an internship-friendly full-time position in a dynamic industrial setting.

You will handle orders, maintain records, and help ensure timely delivery by collaborating with sales, engineering, purchasing and finance teams. Proactive communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in related field.
• 1–3 years in sales admin, inside sales or order coordination.
• Experience in industrial products, automation or engineering services advantageous.
• Clear communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong eye for figures and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming customer enquiries by email, telephone, WhatsApp and website, and record the requirements accurately.
• Prepare and issue quotations using approved pricing, technical information and company templates.
• Follow up on quotations, customer feedback and outstanding enquiries, and maintain a clear record of the next action.
• Request supplier quotations and compile price, availability and delivery information for review.
• Coordinate with sales personnel and engineers to clarify product specifications and scope before issuing quotations.
• Process customer purchase orders and check that prices, quantities, payment terms and delivery requirements match the approved quotation.
• Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, operations and finance teams on order progress, delivery arrangements and supporting documents.
• Keep customers informed of order status and promptly elevate delays, discrepancies or unresolved matters.
• Maintain organised customer records, quotation registers, order records and follow-up tasks in the company system.
• Assist with maintenance contract renewals, repeat orders and industrial product sales enquiries.
• Prepare a weekly summary of outstanding quotations, confirmed orders and matters requiring management attention.
• Follow company approval procedures for pricing, discounts, credit terms and delivery commitments.
