Altera in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Service Representative to support Inside Sales and field teams through the Lead-to-Order process. You will manage orders for direct, distribution, consignment, and samples, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Planning, Finance, and Logistics, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FPGA business
• Experience in customer-facing role
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to understand customer requests and convey to stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Manage the complete order lifecycle for direct, distribution, consignment, and sample customers, including entries, changes, cancellations, returns, and credit/debit processing.
• Serve as the primary liaison across customers, ISRs, distributors, and internal teams to enable smooth global operations.
• Oversee Altera Samples operations: order mgmt, delivery coordination, internal shipments, and university requests.
• Administer the Altera Samples Request Portal and ensure timely processing of returns and lead time communication.
• Coordinate production and sample schedules with internal stakeholders and Subcons, securing approvals and logistics support.
• Manage all consignment activities: shipments, returns, stock reconciliation, and buffer fulfillment.
• Support customer inquiries covering procurement, licensing, shipping, export, scheduling, and site-specific needs.
• Support design registration, pricing, and compliance docs with Business Management and Legal teams.
• Support NPIs, product allocations, escalations, and forecasting with Sales, Planning, and Distribution.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for visibility and planning.
• Contribute to global and regional projects related to order management and master data; participate in testing and implementation.
• Recommend scalable, compliant solutions for complex orders, data, or system scenarios.
• Drive continuous improvement across tools and processes to boost efficiency and customer experience.
