Job summary

SOLS Energy Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced ISR Manager to lead the Inside Sales & Revenue team and drive disciplined funnel management. You will coach ISR representatives and interns, ensure SLA compliance, and own daily reporting to meet contact, qualification, and revenue targets.

This hands-on leadership role reports to the Director of ISR and requires strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication, with a focus on data accuracy in HubSpot and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in inside sales, telesales, or outbound B2C/B2B sales.
Minimum 1–2 years in a team lead, supervisor, or people management role.
Track record of hitting or exceeding team revenue or conversion targets.
CRM proficiency and data quality management in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage ISR representatives and ISR interns across outreach and follow-up functions.
Conduct daily team briefings, performance check-ins, and coaching sessions.
Monitor KPIs against daily, weekly, and monthly targets; enforce SLA compliance.
Oversee the full ISR funnel and coordinate with Sales Engineers on pipeline progression.
Prepare and deliver daily pulse reports; maintain CRM data integrity in HubSpot.
Monitor automation queues and ensure proper tool governance and updates.
