Drawbridge Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is hiring high-energy Inside Sales Executives to scale revenue across Malaysia. If you love closing deals and hitting targets, this role offers an uncapped commission structure and a fast-paced playground.

You will focus on market expansion, manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to demonstrations, and collaborate with the digital marketing team to convert inbound leads. Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required; Mandarin helps.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills over the phone or video calls.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and reach out to new B2B prospects across Malaysia via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold/warm outreach to virtual product demonstrations and closing.
• CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Digital Marketing to quickly follow up on inbound leads and convert them into revenue.
