Job summary

FCM in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an Inside Account Manager for SEA to retain existing accounts and grow revenue. You will be the main contact for client concerns, delivering timely resolutions and aligning offerings with client needs.

With support from regional teams, you will advocate for clients and provide data-driven insights to drive cross-sell opportunities. A customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills in English; Malay, Cantonese or Mandarin desirable.
• Strong listening skills with ability to identify client needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for client concerns and needs, delivering resolutions and enhancing the customer experience.
• Retain existing accounts and grow revenue by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Create and conduct periodic reports and light reviews of client travel programs to ensure objectives are met.
• Provide reporting with expert insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand needs and provide updates.
• Respond promptly to emails, calls, and other inquiries.
• Support key and regional teams with reporting, requests, and project support.
• Act as an advocate for clients across departments to meet needs.
