Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned professional to drive product development from concept to market launch in the Malaysian aftermarket space. You will translate market insights and dealer feedback into actionable product strategies and manage end-to-end launches.

The role emphasizes analytical, commercial, and project management skills, with preference for experience in automotive aftermarket or related industries. This is a full-time on-site position based in Sungai Buloh.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Business Development, or related functions.
• Experience managing products from concept to market launch is an added advantage.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, motorcycle parts, accessories, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial, project management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive new product development activities from idea generation through to product launch.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, dealer feedback, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or portfolio expansion opportunities.
• Evaluate product feasibility, pricing, profitability, and business potential.
• Source and work with suppliers to support product development and launch requirements.
• Support intellectual property and brand protection activities, including trademark and infringement matters.
• Coordinate product launches and monitor post-launch performance.
• Prepare reports, track project progress, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
