Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field and proven working experience.
- Minimum 5–8 years in a similar role within the food ingredients or related industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial capacity leading technical teams.
- Strong B2B commercial acumen with a technical solution-focused approach.
- Familiarity with food ingredients, additives, and flavours across diverse applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Innovation Center (InnoC) budget and costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Oversee product formulation across lab-scale and pilot-scale testing for quality outcomes.
- Drive product development projects with on-time delivery against schedules.
- Train the sales team to strengthen technical capabilities and product knowledge.
- Ensure lab equipment maintenance and safety protocol adherence.
