SP LAGENDA FASTPRINT in Kedah seeks a Printing Machine & Sticker Cutting Operator to join our fast-print production team. You will operate digital printers and sticker-cutting machinery, perform post-print processing, and help ensure high-quality, timely orders.

The role requires SPM or equivalent, solid computer literacy, good physical health, and flexibility to work overtime during peak periods. Reliable transport is preferred for punctual attendance at our central workshop.

Job Description:

We are a premier fast-print center specializing in digital printing, stickers, banners, and custom corporate materials. We are seeking a diligent, hands-on, and highly motivated operator to join our production team and help realize our clients' designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate digital printing systems and automated sticker plotting/cutting machinery efficiently.
• Perform post-printing processing including manual weeding, rolling, cutting, and packaging of finished sticker goods.
• Monitor print quality consistently to prevent alignment errors or color ink defects.
• Multi-task across various production duties to ensure large-scale customer orders meet daily turnaround times.
• Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot minor issues with production machinery routinely.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of SPM or equivalent.
• Strong baseline computer literacy to operate printer drivers and digital layout software.
• Excellent physical health and stamina, with the capacity to handle heavy printing media rolls and endure standing hours.
• High adaptability and readiness to handle multi-tasking environments inside the central workshop.
• Possess own reliable transport to guarantee consistent and punctual attendance.
• Maximum flexibility regarding working hours, including the availability to commit to overtime (OT) work when high-volume orders occur.
